Terms and Conditions for "This is Why with Dr. Busti"

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Revelate Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website [website URL, e.g., www.thisiswhy.health] (the "Site"), including all content, features, and services related to the media program "This is Why with Dr. Busti" (the "Program"). The Program is hosted on the Site and streamed on video platforms such as YouTube.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (linked here), and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site and must cease access immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site, whether on behalf of themselves or an entity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with the updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If the Site requires user accounts (e.g., via Memberstack for memberships), you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without liability.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all its content—including text, images, videos, audio, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the Program (collectively, "Content")—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to class actions or jury trials. If arbitration is unavailable, disputes shall be in state or federal courts in Montgomery County, Texas.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, with referenced policies, constitute the full agreement.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
